One-on-one coaching, for the people one step behind where I am.

Who this is for

If any of these sentences is yours — keep reading.

  1. "I know what I need to do. I'm not doing it."

The gap between information and action isn't a knowledge problem. It's an identity problem. We work on the identity — the behavior follows.

  2. "I keep starting over on Mondays."

Every restart teaches your nervous system that restarts are the real plan. We stop the restart cycle and build something that survives a Tuesday.

  3. "I've read the books. Nothing sticks."

Books optimize for the author's audience, not your life. We build the version that actually fits your constraints — not a generic protocol you'll abandon in week three.

  4. "I'm tired of talking about it."

Then we stop talking about it. This isn't therapy — I'm not replacing your therapist. This is an action-first engagement: less insight, more reps.

How it works

A system you can run on your worst day.

Step 01

The discovery call.

Thirty free minutes. I ask what's actually going on. You ask what you want to know. If I don't think I can help, I'll say so — and I'll point you somewhere that might. If there's a fit, we move forward.

Step 02

The loop audit.

Our first working session is diagnostic. We map the pattern, identify the specific trigger, the behavior, and the payoff your nervous system is really getting. Most people have never seen their loop this clearly.

Step 03

The intervention.

Built for your actual life, not a productivity cosplay. One micro-change at a time, designed to be small enough to survive your worst week. Kaizen applied to behavior: tiny, deliberate, compounded.

Step 04

The weekly line.

Same day, same time, every week for twelve weeks. Between calls, you have me on WhatsApp for the in-the-moment moments — the ones coaching normally misses because the call is on Thursday and the relapse was on Sunday.

Step 05

The off-ramp.

The goal isn't for you to need me forever. Around week ten we start building your solo system — the version that runs without me. The last two weeks, I'm coaching the coach: you.

The offer

What you get. How pricing works.

I don't publish the monthly fee on the website — I price honestly on the discovery call once I know what you're actually working on. Founder pricing is real, not a bait-and-switch, and it won't last much longer as my calendar fills.

12-week engagement

The One Step coaching program.

Priced on the discovery call · 3 months minimum
  • Weekly 60-minute video call, same day and time
  • WhatsApp access between sessions, response within 24 hours on weekdays
  • Custom weekly playbook — built for your life, not a template
  • Loop audit session in week one (full diagnostic, yours to keep)
  • Month-end written review of movement, friction, and next commit
  • Month three: solo-system build and graduation plan

If after the first full month we both agree the engagement isn't moving you, I refund the second month and we stop. That's the deal.

Questions you're probably asking

Let me answer the real ones.

Is this therapy?
No. I'm a coach, not a licensed therapist. If you're navigating clinical anxiety, trauma, or depression, you need someone with a license — and I'll say so on the call. Coaching is an action-first engagement for behavior and systems. Some of my best clients are also in therapy; the two work well in parallel, not in place of each other.
What results can I expect?
Honestly? It depends on you. My job is to give you a system and hold the line. Your job is to show up. Clients who do the weekly work usually see the first meaningful behavioral shift in the three-to-five-week range. The bigger identity-level changes take the full twelve weeks — because anything faster is usually motivation, not transformation.
Why twelve weeks and not less?
Because behavior change takes longer than a month and less time than a year. Twelve weeks is long enough for a new loop to compound into something your nervous system recognizes as "normal," and short enough that the finish line stays visible. One-month programs sell better. Twelve weeks works better.
What if I can't afford it yet?
Then we talk about it on the call. I don't publish the fee because context changes it — and a number without context is just a prop. I'd rather have an honest conversation than a performative "investment in yourself" pitch. Sometimes the right answer is: not yet. Sometimes it's a smaller engagement. Either way, you'll leave the call with something useful — even if we don't work together.
Do you work in Spanish?
Sí. Soy bilingüe y hago las sesiones en el idioma en el que pienses mejor — no en el que escribas mejor un email.

One call. Zero pressure.

Thirty minutes. Free. If I'm the right person, I'll say so. If I'm not, I'll tell you who is.
